The Halo Cycling Project takes to the internet!

It was about time this project had a web presence!  We’re going to lay down the story of what I am calling the Halo Cycling Project, on this blog, as time goes by.

[Too many] years in urban London, brain surgery, a daughter who loves balance bikes, an obsession with the “smart city” and big data, and a sport, which whilst I love it to bits, is more sexist than it is doped – and motivation for a social enterprise and a new lifestyle between London and Girona (playground of the pros) was born.

Next week its off to the Girona Gran Fondo Cycling Festival.  Extremely excited to meet the cycling crew from what will become our project’s base, and eventually our family home.  And of course to get some good racing in, up and down the local climbs.

The Els Angels hill climb event should be great.  With a name like Halo, I’m sure to smash it.  No?
